Question about aspirating

If you fill a 3cc syringe to the 3cc mark is the space left in the syringe enough to safely aspirate ?

if you hit a vein, you will know it asap as the barrel sucks in blood. If your not in a vein, you may even notice a vacuum and only a tiny bubble or two. You dont need to pull back far to test if ya hit a vein.

plenty...barely pull back and you'll know if your in a vein..
