Question about Anavar...

Mandy said:
Where can I find more info on Anavar?
Any info is appreciated.
Thanks!!!

Mandy, go to the women's board. DaisyGirl has a killer writeup there you should read. You can also buy "Anabolics 2004" which has some excellent information on it as well. There are likely quite a few ladies on here who can steer you the right way...

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

that's all I have to say for the time being. :)

I second the women's board Idea, because what my schnauzer might need is going to be completely different than what your golden tabby can handle.

Mandy..Thats a good tip from SSS. Also try a google and pub-med search with "oxandrolone for females" in the search bar. Here's the link for pub-med: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi

Feel free to Pm me regarding anything specific,I'm sure I can help. ;)
Good Luck..B32
Thanks for the link! I have read Daisy's post. It was helpful, but I want more specific info on anavar.
I connected to the link and looked it up. There were a few studies on it. But they were all for medical conditions and such. Do you have any other info on it?
Thanks so much for your help!!!

What more specific info are you looking for?

The effects of Var are very similar to any other AAS. The potential for sides and gains are the same as other AAS. Most of gains will be diet and training dependent, the potential sides are individual.

It is often considered a "mild" AAS, good for women. But don't let that fool you. Even though it more anabolic than androgenic, it can STILL bring on serious permanent side effects in women. Most common sides of Var and women are acne, oily skin and some voice deepening. It is a good "first timer" AAS, but is still a very potent and serious step to take. It is NOT recommended to novice lifters, or people just looking to "tone" or for a "bikini body". Those type of goals are better suited for some serious dieting.

Anavar is pretty tough on the liver, it will raise total cholesterol levels, and lower the HDL (good chol) levels. Additional liver protectors are helpful while taking Var. It helps add muscle mass, assuming a clean high protein diet. It is a good cutting drug, because rarely does it cause bloat. Additionally, like most AAS, blood pressure could rise too.

It is one of the only AAS that can HELP reduce BF levels, but it will NOT "burn fat" - that comes from diet and training. It also will bring out more vascularity while cutting BF. It most often is used for strength - firth thing people often notice on Var is a big increase in strength.

Var will help add muscle. That is it's primary function. It will help maintain muscle while in a caloric deficit (i.e., dieting). This will help keep metabolism higher. Taking Var with a half-ass diet is pointless. Diet needs to be ON POINT and very planned out before considering Var (or any AAS). A clean diet is crutial for gains.

Oh baby!!! I am cutting heavy right now and will post some pics when I am done. Give me a couple weeks. I don't really look like Woody, but I am quite sarcastic at times.

question..if a person had elevated cholesterol levels say 220 should he not even consider var or should the person use supps o such as policonasol and efa's during a cycle of var .

Wow, mandy is hot! What are your goals? Var is a great drug for women. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. Or if you need any lotion applied or anything of that nature I can also be of service. :)
