ques. about eating on non-training?

ok i am on the ultimate get ripped, crum diet, the original layout. on days that i lift i drink two scoops of whey and 10 oz. of OJ for postworkout. now, on days that i don't lift should i still eat this meal as usual or just cut it out?

yes..cut it out..no need for it
