I haven't juiced in about 8 years, and the two cycles I did were very small. I am looking to do my first cycle since then.
I am not interested in gaining massive amounts of weight. I am interested in gaining quality muscle (muscle that wont be lost a few weeks after my cycle, and no fat gain).
I also would like to lose a little BF% during the cycle. How is this for what I am trying to accomplish?
Weeks 1-3: D-bol at 35mg ed. (for a kick start)
Weeks 1-8: cypionate at 500mg per week.
Weeks 1-8: deca at 500mg per week.
Weeks 5-8: winny at 50mg ed.
Use nolvadex throughout cycle.
Use clomid starting 2 weeks after end for three weeks.
Eat 500 cals above maintenance per day.
Eat very-very clean throughout.
Background info:
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 205 lbs.
BF: 16%
Chest: 45"
Arms: 17 1/14
Waist: 36"
I am currently dieting, and my BF% may be a little lower by the time I purchase all of my gear.
