now that i think about it... you're gonna need to eat "refrined crap" to ensure you're getting enough quality cals. - at least a protein shake or two.
Where do you live?? Jack-in-the-Box coming to a city near you pretty soon. They are a client of mine. Still In & Out Burger is the best. Too bad I can't eat any of that shit anymore!!!!
ANyway bro,
Lots of chicken breasts, turkey breast, fish, canned tuna, brown rice, green vegetables, wheat breads. Red meat is OK, but only lean cuts. Egg whites, God am I sick of fucking egg whites, but they are pure protein!!!
