Quality Calories - What to eat?

jack in the box:

triple ultimate cheeseburger
curly fries
large oreo shake.

i love that meal. god i can't wait to get back to the west coast.
 
ok ok..

how about

rotisserie (sp?) chicken
steamed rice (buy a rice cooker - they're cheap)
broccoli and other greens
a few protein shakes a day
egg whites
toast
cereal
ultimate cheeseburger
pizza
potatoes
steak
etc. etc


now that i think about it... you're gonna need to eat "refrined crap" to ensure you're getting enough quality cals. - at least a protein shake or two.
 
Eggs, egg whites, chicken tenders, chicken breast, turkey breast, turkey burger, cottage chesse, regular cheese, bacon, tuna, hamburger, steak, fish, protein shakes, milk, mrp, spinach, broccoli, celery, sugar free jello, multi vitamins, peanut butter, pasta, and on 'n on.

Where do you live?? Jack-in-the-Box coming to a city near you pretty soon. They are a client of mine. Still In & Out Burger is the best. Too bad I can't eat any of that shit anymore!!!!

ANyway bro,

Lots of chicken breasts, turkey breast, fish, canned tuna, brown rice, green vegetables, wheat breads. Red meat is OK, but only lean cuts. Egg whites, God am I sick of fucking egg whites, but they are pure protein!!!

Some fruit but don't go crazy!!!

This of course isn't a comprehensive list, but no list with wholesome foods will be if you live in America...Land of processed sugar and chemical food.
