Does anyone know where I can get some good quality ala. I am wanting to try 1000mgs of this stuff daily and need cheap but quality stuff it it exists.

Lawnsaver I am going to be trying 1000mgs/day. I want something that works and is cheap. Have you tried them before? That brand isnt known in the UK and I try to buy things that have had good reviews. Any input is appreciated

Now foods is a great company. They have a great line of multis, aminos, etc. www.dpsnutrition.com has the cheapest stuff on the net.

I use 750mg a day now. I have to say they are quality.
