quad injections?

my first time injecting in the quads do you guys sit on a chair or lay on the bed when poking?

What's up??? I do all my shots in the quads... I do mine in the washroom so I like to sit on the can... I've done it like that all the time... seems ok... just don't flex, and remember to aspirate.
