Think it through, these are INTRAMUSCULAR INJECTIONS, or IM. If you are injecting less than muscular, its SUBQ (subcutaneous).
NOW, let's lead you through a thinking process. Can the length of your needle reach the muscular quadricep region to inject 'into the muscle'?
OR, are you morbidly obese and cannot penetrate through the fat layer surrounding your muscle?
Only you can tell us how thick the fat layer is on your leg. If you weight 500 lbs, then you will not be able to b/c of the adipose tissue thickness.
If you weight 134 pounds, then duh, you can.
THink it through, disect a cat or leg of lamb and look at the tissue differences. IF you have a layer of fat, make sure your needle is longer than the fat pad.
