quad injection, please help.

i've checked out spotinjections.com but not too clear yet.

Shoot about half way between your hip and knee on the outer side of your quad. It'll be the thickest part of your quad.

Put your arms on the side and wherever you middle finger is, shoot there or a little higher

Yeah, that's what I do. Although I was speaking to a nurse at my doc's office and she said the top (or front) of the quad, at the same distance down is also useful. Haven't tried it yet, any input about that?

Never tried going straight down from the top. If you try it out, let me know how it goes.

My friend always just goes strainght in from the top of his quad. He never has any problems.

another good tip,get under a good light and find a spot where there are no viens.look real good because there are plenty there.
