Quad Inject

So I go to inject in my right quad and get the needle half way in. All the sudden my quad "spasms" like i hit something. I know it's no big deal, I'm just curious as to what I hit. I have never had this in my left quad, and it has happened now twice in my right. Any ideas?

Hit a nerve man, it happens. You might get a bit sore but that is all.

a nerve i've done it many times, make sure you've got the right spot.

why dont you just inject in the ass? is quad more effective or something? wouldnt it be more painful as well?

My ass is still getting over using the Enanthate. Ive used quads quite a few times, but just recently had this trouble. No more effective and has really no difference in pain, I just like it because it is easier access.
