It is plugging away I don't post my diet or exact routine anywhere trying to listen to what my trainer says mostly and forget about out side in put. Too many cooks in the kitchin spoils the broth. I am now exactly 13 weeks out have been hardcore dieting and training for the past 8 weeks as is. It is a long ass process as I let myself become a fatty when I was "bulking" in the winter. That shit will never happen again. LOL
