Let me be the 1st to say that i'm by no means a physical specimen. If I was and if it came easy, I probably wouldnt obsess over reading so much and learning the best ways to eat and exercise to lose bodyfat and build muscle. What I have done is gone from 260+lbs w/ a high bodyfat %, playing football as a lineman in college, and gotten down to approx 210lbs at sub 10% bodyfat and maintained that. Now, I've gotten leaner but usually experiment too much to maintain a very low % bodyfat. I've never done a show before but that is my next goal. But my point is that some of the best advice comes from people who aren't the most physically gifted (Lyle McDonald, Will Brink, Dr. Serrano, etc). Anyway, this isn't an excuse. I'm actually getting really lean now but dont have a digital camera. I'll try to get some recent pics asap. I do have pics from about a year and a half ago, both when I was eating 2 meals a day and 1 pic was right after fat loading but I wasn't super lean. I'm not a member of this site to be able to post pics, if someone can tell me the best way to post them i'll do it.
