putting powders in caps

I've capped my own winny and anavar with success. But I was also running one or the other at 50mg a day, so I could afford a small margin of error.
There are two routes you can take. If you have a good enough scale you can try and measure out each dose, but that's very tedious. What most people do when they cap their own gear is mix in a filler like corn starch.
It's hard to say which ratios of gear to filler you need because it all depends on how easily the filler compacts and what size capsules you're using.
