'puter question: what the foik does this mean?

i'm the first to admit i am computer illiterate; what does all this mean??

my 'puter started acting strangely today: slow to respond, "locking up" on web pages...i keep getting this pop up: "windows-virtual memory minimum too low".

is this one of those viruses i read about?

what is wrong with this POS??

how do i fix it?

thanks, deus.............i deleted a LOT of programs i didn't know were there!






upon start up, i am now getting this pop up: "microsoft windows the system has recomvered from a serious error"----now what's THAT all about?

Go into your startup applications and prevent anything that you don't use from running in the background while you are using the computer.
