Both a friend and I every time we took it for the first week and a half had an insain sore throat... it was weird, I tried it a 2nd time, same thing... I'm still a fan of just stright good old creatine. I felt the pumps were better with it, and the.. "gains" were a little better, I need to remember that snake every day..
