Medically speaking, CEE = conjugated equine estrogens, 0.625 mg is what post menopausal women take for ERT. These acronyms need some revamping.

My advice for cycling for post menopausal therapy goes like this.

Take 0.625 mg estrogen qd po x 7 days until hot flashes resolve. 3 days off cycle should be sufficient, then when vaginal dryness kicks in, bump the estrogen to 1.25 mg qd. This should keep you wet and moist down below, and also relieve the moodiness and bloating you experience.

So is Pure CEE a crock of crap or is it actually worth it for an almost non responder to regular creatine such as myself to try?
 
I got a kg of cee ....gosh havent touched that frm 6 mths it tastes likes s**T...ne way u try cee and if the results are gud maybe i can also give it a shot..

My wife stays on it year round. She was told to get off precontest. She ended up using it before she went on stage and filled out way better than when she didn't use it. This stuff is magical to her. Pretty much her most favorite supp.
