pulmonary embolism and clen?

I have a friend who wants to take clen, but had a pulmonary embolism 2 years ago. Can anybody tell me if its safe for her to use?

Do you mean Clenbuterol?
This is a Beta-2 agonist, and will act on the heart, causing increased HR, changes in the EKG[QRS interval shortening in the lab on tested mice] tremor[shaking], nervousness, and an increase in cardiac arrhythmias in someone who has an underlying heart condition. If your friend wishes to take "Clen", then I would advise them to see their doc first, since they have something going on which caused the PE, and should be evaluated.
This is the best advise I can give.

But if clen in "really" for asthma, I can't see why it would hurt her. I had blood clots when I was pregnant and still took all my asthma meds with no problem. I was just told to stay away from birth control. Clen in one thing that I have been looking into for myself
