pulled harmstring?

Where does it hurt? What were you doing, exactly, when it happened? Is there any bruising or pooling of blood? Need to know these things for a better diagnosis.

RICE....can't stress it enough!! For the first 48hrs, rest, ice,ice, ice compression, elevation...also, use NSAIDS to reduce the inflammation. Don't try and stretch it, or use heat. Not for at LEAST 48hrs. After that, very light stretching, and apply heat to loosen the muscle.

Plus,go see your doc! :)
 
it hurts right about in the middle of the harmstring but closer towards the knee

I was just playing basketball and I took a dribble towards the basket kinda quick to get past the guy and thats when it happened

no bruising or anything like that, I dont think its anything bad but this morning it still hurts, I did ice it last night
 
yea thats exactly what I did, its much better already I can jog but dont really do it

I've been going into jacuzzi and its making my foot much much better, I can clearly see the results next day
 
nah it went away in about week and a half, I'm going 100% again, in the weightroom and on the court

i started running while it still hurt a little bit which was right after 1 week and that only seemed to help for some reason
