Okay here's the scoop,
I usually get the puffy nips syndrom during my cycles. I run a-dex for a while and it usually takes it away. There isn't a hard lump behind, just extremely soft tissue (not mass). It's not major, it's only there when my shirt is on, until i take it off. Once I do take it off, they tighten up and I look normal. If i'm on a-dex for a while, they don't re-occur for a while, but eventually return. Right now, I'm doing nothing but cardio for 4 days, fri- thru 4th of july to cut fat before my next cycle. I'm currently at 10.4% bf - give or take. I've been doing high intensity eliptical training (about 13 miles per day - 1200 cals per session). I was fine last week (nips/arreaolas), but over the past few days, cone shaped puffy nips. are they like this because I'm losing fat so fast and some muscle on my chest? And, if i start taking a-dex - should i just stay on it throughout my entire 10 week cycle?
help..
