Puffy nips pissing me off..

Okay here's the scoop,

I usually get the puffy nips syndrom during my cycles. I run a-dex for a while and it usually takes it away. There isn't a hard lump behind, just extremely soft tissue (not mass). It's not major, it's only there when my shirt is on, until i take it off. Once I do take it off, they tighten up and I look normal. If i'm on a-dex for a while, they don't re-occur for a while, but eventually return. Right now, I'm doing nothing but cardio for 4 days, fri- thru 4th of july to cut fat before my next cycle. I'm currently at 10.4% bf - give or take. I've been doing high intensity eliptical training (about 13 miles per day - 1200 cals per session). I was fine last week (nips/arreaolas), but over the past few days, cone shaped puffy nips. are they like this because I'm losing fat so fast and some muscle on my chest? And, if i start taking a-dex - should i just stay on it throughout my entire 10 week cycle?

help..

There is a thin muscle just under the skin that flattens the areola when stimulated. When relaxed, tissues behind tend to show. When tight, small amounts of tissue can be hidden. It is not practical to try to keep this skin muscle stimulated all the time. Building muscles tends to push out whatever sits on the muscle under the skin. It does not take much to interfere with the cut look of a bodybuilder.

Hope this helps,

Wow.. thanks for your advice and help. Neither one on me are that extrme, just maybe 1/4 size of what the first picture showed. I was just curious if i ran a regiment of nolva / a-dex would take care of it. BTW, how much does an operation like that cost these days?
