Puffy nipples

Did a deca cycle 5 months ago. still have puffy nipples. I am now on 50mg Anavar ed. 10weeks. I have some Nolvadex can I take it to help the puffyness go down?

vitex often helps with puffy nipples(cheap so you might want to try first)
yohimburn may help.. varies ..sometimes a little/ sometimes very effective.. with puffyness( if it is fat then very effective)

what is vitex? so no Nolvadex I have it just sitting around.

Nolva may help with puffyness, but many find that it is a temporay fix..

Yeah i tried, it works, but now that im on cycle my nips got sore at 80mgED, so im going down to 40mgED.

Vitex is Vitex like St Johns wort is St Johns wort.
