It may at higher daily doses. In my experience it varies from person to person how much your face changes...

luckily I havent had any problems with puffy face. On hgh @ 4iu/day and igf @ 50mcg/day. I have been getting pretty bad numbing in the hands and arms but the 5 on 2 off dosing schedule seems to keep this bearable too.

Might want to consider 4 iu EOD or 2 iu ED...
