Hey guys. If anyone is interested I will post a little bit about myself, what im doing and what I want to achieve.

Right now i am 6 weeks into an 8 week cycle of Test Prop and NPP at 700mg Each per week. Weeks 5-8 I started running 20mg Oral winny ED to help lower SHBG and possibly prevent aggravation of progestin gyno (I have little lumps form tren...)

so two more weeks on this cycle and then i am taking only about 4 weeks off for PCT WHILE running S-4 (yes the real pharma grade SARM) to hold my gains and see how it works.

After that I am going back on Test Prop and NPP but bumping the doses to 1g per week each. Hopefully adding proviron at 50mg ED and also LR3 at 50mcg PWO.

My current stats:

Height: 5'9"
Weight 230-235lbs

I cannot seem to break 230lbs. If i wake up and eat protein in the middle of the night for a few days i can hold 235 however If i stop that for a few days i sit at 230.

What's annoying is i eat VERY clean and as much as i can every two hours. I cant possibly imagine eating more. Im already so sick of food.

I train 4-5 days per week and do cardio 0-2 times per week on an instinctive basis. I listen to my body. when it needs rest i rest. etc .

So after my next 8 week run of NPP and TP I will take some time off again and then do this:

1-12: Test cyp: 1g per week
1-?: 1-EQ/Bold: 500mg per week (I worry about hematocrit levels on EQ... last time i did become a bit hemo-concentrated in the words of my doctor)

1-8: Tren Ace/Enth: 350-525mg per week
1-8: proviron: 50mg ED weeks
8-12: Masteron: dosage?
Humalog: weeks 1-4, 6-10 10iu PWO

I have a feeling that ^^ will REALLy take my physique to another level assuming my diet and training are #1 priority.


My GOAL:

I would like to become a successful competitive bodybuilder however I wish to build my physique to a certain level before competing as I believe it will give me more of an advantage instead of going up and down between pre contest and off season lifestyles many times over. Id rather just build best physique I can within reason before i step on stage. Im still very young so time isnt Crucial however within the next year I would like to do a first NPC show.

exactly how many calories are u taking in ed?

start adding fattier cuts of meat, cooking with olive oil, use muslce milk instead of the fat free/sugar free whey shakes, etc.
 
well I havent really put together the exact amount of cals im eating mainly becuase my schedule has been hectic and I wake up and go to sleep at differnt hours. (I have had a bunch of late night security jobs lately). But that is all done with for a while and I will be going to sleep at midnight and waking at 9. That way my calorie intake is constant and i can be consistent. I think consistency is my issue.

bodyfat is around 8-10% right now with some water. Still have a visible six pack.

Diet looks like this right now:

9am:
150g WMS
75g egg white/gemma protein

10:30am:
2 cups egg whites
1 cup Fage Greek yogurt
some strawberries and blueberries
Ezekiel toast (2 slices)

1:00pm:
12oz 99% lean turkey
1 cup rice
brocolli

2:30pm:
Same as last meal

5:00:
75g egg white/gemma protein
3/4 cup oats
(its a blended nasty ass shake with ice haha)

7:00 Pre workout
same as 10:30am

PWO:
same as first meal (150g WMS with 75g protein powder)

9:30-10:00pm
Steak and shrimp with a baked potato and brocolli

12:00am
75g protein from a shake.

Maybe my problem is in fact that my diet is too lean...

I was actually eating a lot of orange roughy lately. I just like the way I stay leaner and tighter however i will have to make a little sacrifice to push past my bodyweight.

I may remove one of those turkey meals and add another steak/ground sirloin meal.

As for the S-4... I will be using that during my peri-PCT time to hold my mass and to test it out. If for some weird reason it works very well I can limit my AAS usage and use more S-4. HOWEVER I do not think SARMS are about to revolutionize the performance enhancement aspect of bodybuilding/sports etc.

I do wonder how something very selective like S-4 would stack with ASS. Would it compete for the receptor? or actually make the collective amount of AAS in the body MORE selective to the skeletal muscle AR? who knows..... I think for right now my application of S-4 will be fair enough to asses it. Plus its not tooo easily available right now either.

I just need to get more calories in liquid form so that I can just simply get them down. eating whole foods is tiring, a hassle and sometimes my body is just like NO MORE DAMN FOOD!

However, weight gainer shakes tend to be bloating. Thats why i make my own MRP shakes with protein and oats or egg whites and fruit/yogurt or whatever.

I think for now i will do just that... add fattier cuts of meat, possibly add some fat calories to my MRP shakes and see how that works out.

What is your guy's opinions on waking up mid sleep to take in protein. I noticed it helped me grow but really made it hard to wake up the next day becuase of the interrupted sleep cycle. HOWEVEr when i wake up after NOT eating I am soo damn hungry and depleted.

Also any advice as to dosages (especially for that 12 weeker up above.... masteron? when to cut out the boldenone if i use EQ.....timing... what esters to use etc)

bumping for some advice. BTW the 2 cups of egg whites i use in those shakes are nasty so i just use protein powder now.

I really don't know how some of you guys can take that much protein in in one sitting. I had always thought your body can only handle around 60 grams of protein in one sitting. There are guys here that are much more knowledgeable about diets than I am, but maybe you aren't gaining because you have too lean a diet, and your protein intake needs to spread out more.

Someone with more experience should chime in.. I am by no means an expert and am still trying to learn about proper diet myself.
 
Rumor. If you eat food it's gonna get digested and be used in some way shape or form.
 
guys need some diet advice:

right now im eating 6400 calories per day. Im between 235-240lbs with 10% bodyfat (very visible abs). Here is my macro breakdown followed by my ideas for changing things up. Thats where i need some input...

Fat: 117g
Carbs: 634g
Protein: 653g**

** I just find it hard to believe that i need THAT much protein. I mean cutler only eats 600g protein in his pre contest phase when hes 297 flippin lbs!

I also feel like crap during the day. I get so sick of eating and i think its becuase its HARD to eat that much protein.

My potential solution (need input):

-drop protein to about 500-550g and compensate by upping the carbohydrates.

- Lower the fat to be 100g or less per day since insulin will be more active with more carbs I think a higher fat intake can lead to a higher fat storage. But if you look at it on fitday. its ABOUT a 40/40/20 macro split the way i have it now.

I just feel like i need to change something up to grow more. Here are my meals:

9am:
75g protein
40g WMS
1 cup oats
1/2 cup blueberries

12:00pm:
8 oz 93% lean ground beef
1 cup brocolli
2 cups brown rice
1 scoop carb free protein

3:00pm (same as 12:00pm)

6:00pm (same as 12:00pm)

POST TRAINING ~9pm
120g WMS
75g Protein

10pm:
Same as 12pm OR something like 10 egg whites, 5 slices ezekiel toast and 1-2 scoops protein powder

12AM:
75g protein
handful almonds
(1-2 cups milk sometimes).

I just think my protein is too high. Most big dudes dont eat more than 400-500g protein per day and they are sure bigger than I am.

Im not getting fat though. thats the thing. I just feel as though Im excreting all the unused protein calories.

THis is what makes me lean towards insulin use: Since it is the storage hormone... I feel that to get bigger past a certain point AAS alone will not allow it and the addition of slin will create an environment where those extra calories are stored and not excreted as much...hmmmm

suggestions?
