Puberty and anti e

I was watching a program last night and it was talking about early onset puberty in girls and saying they can use drugs to prevent this. I'm presuming these drugs would block the effects of oestrogen on the body so has anybody any idea what these drugs would be?? armidex??

I jst thought it might shed some light on an oestrogen blocker although i think the oestrogen blocker was probably armidex.
