pubertal gynecomastia

I have pubertal gyno, no hard tissues just fatty accumulation, puffy (cone nips) regardless of body fat.

im 36, 14% bf

I really cant afford the surgery right now while raising family.

I have tried the yohimbines, and tomixifen therapy (short term) with little success. Andractim had little success after 12 days of use.

Does anyone have information on the using the stronger anti-E's class of drugs, or perhaps a topical tamoxifen. Is aromasin appropriate, or a bad idea. Whats the latest?

YES,

The onset occured at puberty, I can't ever remember feeling a lump, I remember it being itchy though. To this day, I have puffy nips and fat accumulation around the nipple that makes it stick out. This remains the case regardless of BF%. I think surgery may be my only option. I have tried the following over the years.

lipoderm-y
nolvadex, 3 weeks
andractim, 2 weeks

are there other things I can try? Has anyone developed or tried anything new? Are there topical solutions for nolvadex? Has anyone tried aromasin?

I think you mean pubescent or puberty induced... but anyways.

If you want to do tamoxifen therapy you need to do it for longer than 3 weeks. Some people have some success with high doses: 20mg + for an extended period of time: 3mos +

Beyond that you are mistaken in thinking it is unrelated to bodyfat percentage. The more bodyfat you have the worse your nips will look. Sounds like you have room to lose quite a bit of fat. If you do so you will be amazed at the improvement. That is the best thing you can do if you want to get rid of the puffyness.

agreed , however I've been around 10% and remained puffy. It would be difficult for me to attain anything lower. What are the dangers of tamoxifen long term? any estrogen rebound? liver problems?

ive got the same thing and it sucks it does look better for me when im real lean.....when you get near gear do they get soar in a couple of weeks?
it was suggested to me, wich i will try post cycle to run nolva ed at 40-60 mgs, so thats what im gonna do!
im sure i can get a doc to get my insurence to pay for the surgery, but i really dont wanna be out of the gym for too long.

Mine never really get sore, even back in 88' I did sten, deca, eq, etc... and never had anything but the itch. puffy ass itchy tits at puberty or on juice. ITs sucks. My concern is the long term effects of tamoxifen treatment?
