I'm on it now. Spontaneous erections, but no increase in libido. Was on Melanotan 2. Works the same to me, but without the tan.

I'm not on a regulated cycle. Just HRT along with some supplements.

PT-141 or Bremelanotide is basically Melanotan 2 (MT-2) without the tanning properties. When the scientist discovered that MT-2 created increased libido and erections in men, they isolated the amino compound that was responsible and created PT-141. Essentially, it works by interacting with the central nervous system, which is different from how vasodilators like Cialis or Viagra work. Therefore, it is also effective as a libido enhancer for woman, sometimes called the female Viagra. Not everyone reacts to it but according to studies, most people do experience increased sexual desires, etc. I can tell you from my own experiences it works great, I take it about 15 min before "needed" and am good to go for hours. I also get morning kick stands and spontaneous wood throughout the day.
