Alright GUys...here is my problem...

I diet I workout for 1 week straight and then I stop cause I lost 3 pounds. I put on 4 pounds. I don't know WHY but i get complaced and let myself eat more if i excercise. WTF is wrong with me?
 
you lack willpower. Harden the fuck up. get some discipline about yourself and set a goal. Set lots of goals, short term and long term, then acheive them. wether you think you've one or lost, your probably right. Its better to suffer the pain of glory and achievment than enjoy the contentment of mediocrity.
