Psychological?

How many of you guys are very concious and think your losing muscle when your cutting because you get a little smaller?
I hate it, I think its a very psychological thing, like bigorexia etc.
 
I'm thinking constantly now when cutting.. "Oh shit i'm loosing every ounce of muscle i've put on!"

But when thinking about it and doing some calculation i figure i should have lost almost nothing..

Went from like 12-13% bf at 165 with flabby shit over abs and lovehandles. (like you could actually grab a handful of my handles) :D

To i don't know 7% ish somewhere at 154 .. I have almost NO FAT AT ALL on my lower abs/abs in general.. you can see 3-4 big veins across my bottom 2 abs going upwards.. no lovehandles to speak of.. Strenght i don't think is down very much at all.. could be some from the lack of carbs i'm eating and dehydration.. :)


Ooops.. this turned into more of an progress post.. but i definately have to say i DO worry about loosing muscle.. all the time, 24/7 :p

Btw, dieted now i'm in 9th week i think and ate about 250p/110c/40f on this diet. (In grams)
