has anyone ever tried using psuedoephedrine for fat loss?
or do you know something about it?

how does it compare to ephedrine for this purpose?
is it useful?

My highly unscientific opinion is that it's crap. No buzz, nor a thermogenic effect.

just a note...

pseudoephedrine makes up typically at least 30% of ephedrine alkaloids in EPHEDRA EXTRACT... another reason to avoid it

thanks to both of you :X, it's just a saw a box of it at the pharmacy for like 4 bucks canadian... 100 tabs 120mg each tab... so if it was good figured that's a pretty decent deal ;P

but ya I'll avoid it and just run real ephe~

I take it before I go to sleep for allergies...

if you take a lot of it at once, it will severely dry out your sinuses and give you a killer headache....I'm always taking it because I have allergies and screwed up sinuses....
