PST question , pls help

First i am sorry for my bad English
I am using Danabol and Azolol for my first cycle :
Danabol - 20mg / day
Azolol - 10mg / day
Now i'm in 5nd week of using Danabol and stopped azolol few days ago
The seller who i don't really trust tell me that i need to use nolvadex and proviron as post cycle, is it right ? and how much should i take it per day?

No he's a fuck tard. And it's PCT post cycle therapy. Nolvadex blows and proviron is a steroid, not a pct. search the PCT threads on this forum and you'll get some good advice.

i'm so sorry but i'm not really good at English, i just understand something basic ... Read some threads in this forums really make me sick , so can you give me some easy understand advices ?

Finish your cycle and then run this stack to recover buddy, nolva is old and crap and proviron is not for PCT:
weeks
1-4 clomid 25mg a day
1-4 unleashed/post cycle combo
1-4 Daa powder 3g's a day
1-4 forma stanzol (dose as instructed on bottle for pct)

thanks for your answer but seem unlucky for me , in my country i only can buy nolvadex and clomid . My mistake when i didn't research enough . If i can not use PCT like you said, what will happen with me ? Can i use only Clomid or only Nolvadex ?

you will still recover just possibky not aswell, the stuff i have reccomended is legal so maybe you could pick some up.
If not what i would do is run torem and clomid instead of nolva or nolva, torem and clomid. Best to attack pct from varying angles and with different products.clomid and nolva will be ok but id do all you can to recover properly..

Run your serms like this:
( 4weeks)
clomid 25/25/25/25 mg a day
Torem 90/60/30/30 mg a day
Nolva 20/20/20/20 mg a day
