i think if you are gonna do 500mg of sust have some anti e's on hand and take clomid post cycle 3 weeks after last shot

Unless you have arimidex, they would be helpful, I'm on 750mg Omnadren per week....I take 2 a day one in am, one pm w/t Nolvadex and I have very little water retention....

yes

take the Proviron, it will lessing the water retention, prevent gyno, improve sex drive (a bonus). While Sust will shut you down Proviron does not.

Yes take it at 50/75 mg ED for all the cycle and for 3 weeks after your last shot, then u can start your Clomid.
You will be pleased with results, no water ret., hardness, no gyno and a lot of sex drive..
