proviron vs. armidex

Proviron is a steroid but it does act as an aromatase inhibitor, although not in the same way as arimidex. It is beleived to be a good anti-gyno agent beacause it may be involved in ER downregulation. However it does compete for the AR, although very weakly beacuse it is converted to diol. I would much rather use arimidex, as it does not compete in anyway for the AR, and it binds directly to the aromatase receptor unlike proviron.

i always use 50mg proviron as an anti-e when taking dbol... I have never had a problem... Arimidex is just to expensive for me.

What about proviron AND arimidex at low doses during a cycle (Eq 400mg/deca 200mg w.) ?
It would be only 25mg/day of proviron (to avoid the deca dick), and 0,25 mg/day of arimidex to keep out oestrogens and avoid fat gains (maybe with some T3 added).

Arimidex rules, and it isnt that expensive..... it worth the price.

Liquidex is the way to go. Why risk getting gyno just to save some money? Save the money and get some Liquidex. Keeps the bloat down, and it will last you several cycles. I got mine for $240, 20ml bottle.

I don't know where the idea of using proviron to stop deca-dick came from, but it is wrong. Deca-Dick is not only cause by estrogen's inhibition of the hpta, but it is also cause by the the shutdown of GnRH receptors in the brain, and I suspect that PR levels are involved as well, and proviron will do nothing for either of these.
