I have taken up to 50mg. I've read that up to 100mg daily (for men) is ok.

well until you have a constant boner I would not go above 125mg/d

I was taking 50mg am 50mg pm for three weeks w/o any adverse side effects. right now I lowered the dosage to 50mg ed because I want to have enough for post cycle.

50mg a day is fine. Side effects would include a constant hard-on ( maybe like Viagra?)
