Proviron dose question

My friend told me he's doing 500mg test enth cycle, and wanted to know what proviron dosage is good. I really don't know much about it. So what's good 25mg, or is 50mg needed daily?

Why would you take 100mg of test a week? You produce between 75-100mg of test a week naturally.
