Should I take my proviron daily while on my dbol/omna cycle, or wait for if i need it for an ant-e, or run it eod...

Hi bro, depends, you can use it throughout if you want, it will make your muscles feel harder, i personnally run it right through any cycle, at 25mg in the morning and 25mg at night.

You dont really need its androgenic properties as oman is test and your sex drive will be high anyway.

You can use it for its antie estrogenic properties though IMO nolvadex 10mg per day would be better for your cycle started from day 11 onwards.

thanks bro...appreciate it....i am running the dbol at 35 mg daily with 500 mg omna for 10 weeks, half way through first week and i feel the dbol great, cant wait till i start the feel of the omn..i am running the dbol for 4 weeks and one week free with just the omna and then i am going to run the last 5 weeks with the omna and winny tabs, should i still run the proviron with the winny tabs...or drop them unless i feel the need...

Fine bro, yep I personally would, proviron is very understated it doesnt have a muscle building effect but to me and in my view it has some rather good qualities and its does harden you up, it will work well with your winny, so yes if you have enough use it throughout mate, its only gonna help you.
It may also be advisable to run your proviron for 4 weeks post cycle bro, thats another thing that I do, it helps keep your androgen level up and aids in post cycle recovery.

What about 25 mgs. every other day for a long term cycle. From what I read, it's a safe drug. Would 25 mgs. EOD help with test and deca. That's all I can afford to take right now.

Proviron is a wise choice run through any Test containing cycle as it increases the effectiveness of testosterone, also being an aromatase inhibitor if required for gyno protection takes a few days to become effective while the dose builds up, so is better run throughout if you are gyno prone rather than waiting.

I'm with bbigman on dose 25mg am and pm and I always run post-cycle for the reasons he stated.
