Provirin dosage

I see people taking from 25mg/day to 100mg/day.

Whats a decent dose to take of this stuff while running a light cycle?

I have read 25-50mg for antie, or 50-100 for labido. I take 50mg and currently on a "light" cycle and have really leaned out. My question is dosing schedule, havent been able to find the half-life but break it into two dosages during cycle. Post-cycle, one dose in AM.

I'll never leave home without it....perfect dosage by JG1, and split that 1 am and the other about 1 hr prior to workout , its great to workout on....good pump/energy...
