I went to eggshop.net ordered 10 5lb buckets of sci fit protein for $20 each. (call and order bulk for deal). Then I may get about 10 lbs of casein from protein factory to mix in my whey when needed. Sometimes I eat the casein right out the bag (bucket), it tasted ok, fruit punch flav.
