Protein Shopping List

Just thought I'd ask the experts on the board about what they thought about my idea for supplementation.

I'm planning on buying:

Protein + Complex Carbs Powder (One serving before and one serving after workout)
ON Whey Protein - High quality protein to take on non training days (no carbs)
Casein Protein - To keep my body saturated in protein throughout the night.

However I was thinking I could possibly save money by buying Whey + Maltodextrin and using around 45g of each in a shake before and after workout?

My diet is clean, apart from the mass building treats :evil:

In comparison to most on here I consider myself a beginner, so any feedback is appreciated.
 
sounds good mate but i would add some creatine in with that load up for the first week then just take 1 to 2 scoop a day to give you a bit more strength
this will help towards your goals
