Protein shakes

Been awhile since ive used any protein sups, any advice?? Brands, amounts...41 year old male 5'11 185 lbs...thanks...

5 LB Optimun Nutiriton Vanilla Ice Cream. About 22 g per scoop, 80 some odd servings, with milk its about 32-35 g of protein. Taste is the bomb diggity, it says you can mix it with a spoon, but use a shaker cup makes it better.

I'd say Optimum too (chocolate). I tried sooooo many brands but I got sick of all of them. I've been using Optimum for the last 7 months now and I still love the taste!
