Protein Powder

I am not a morning person so my day basically starts at noon when I hit the gym. I work 4-12, so I don't really get much time to eat as I should.
Can you recommend any good supplements. I really don't care about the cost right now, I want to make sure I get the best results this time around

This is my intake before the gym

4 eggs boiled
Oats
a banana

Post -
I have a protein drink from the gym

At work I will have a nice sandwich

And when I get home i drink a shake, throw a fat steak on the grill cook up some veggies.

I know my intake is probably way low, so i need some recommendations

As long as you have your "nice" sandwhich you should be fine. lol! wtf is a NICE sandwhih anyway?

You need to eat like 6x that stuff add tons more eggs, Whey protien shakes, Chicken, fish, try cans of tuna fish make sure you are taking a multivitamin, flaxseed oil, Vit B complex Vitamin C, Vit A, Vit E, Magnesium, zinc, potassium check your multi vitamin for what it might be light in the rest you can elliminate from this list. THen after you ate all that for breakfast do the same for lunch and dinner!

You should be eating every two hours
 
A nice sandwich? lmao.. I know you get a few breaks at work, and have a lunch. Why not bring some food with you too work? Thats 3 meals right there..
 
Go to Costco and buy 20lbs of chicken breast,


Barbeque those puppies on the grill and then throw them in the refrigerator


Take 4 to work with you every day, should give an extra 100 grams of protein

I am 205- 209 this week, i am 6'5 and i am trying to reach 220 and cut up to reach 215.
So my main goal is to cut but I don't want to be less than 208 when i am done.

that woudl be 200 extra grams
each one is 40-50 grams
 
depending on your size... I shoot for 60g of protein every 3 hours...
I can get up to 350g of protein in a day, which I feel is plenty for pretty much anyone..

Im 6'1 225 under 10% BF...

Thats the guideline i needed. I am 6'5 209lbs
 
You should have a nice snack with your nice sandwhich too!

To me a nice snack would be cottage cheese with an avacado. The avacada will proivide you with some essential fatty acids and the cottage chees will release protien slowly. Not sure if release is the right word but regardless it is stil a "nice" snack
