Right now i am at about 134 with no gain of fat, and a month ago i was 129. The problem is, i still have a tiny bit of flab on my stomach that i had in the beginning, so that is throwing me off on what i should do. Do you think i should keep using protein powder, or start to use weight gainers and ditch the protein. I starting taking creatine about a week ago too if that makes any difference. Also, my goal as of now is to get to 150, then start cutting (Which i have absolutely no idea how to do), mostly cut my stomach, and get a nice set of abs if i can. Its out of the question now though, i gotta put on weight.
