Protein Powder on cycle question

Ok, I've got the diet down, figured out my workout, what is the best Protein Powder? And should I take it IMMEDIATELY after I workout or wait 15-20 minutes. I have heard a lot of different takes on this. I have also heard taking it before so your body is digesting it while working out
 
Sometimes I eat or what have you prior to workout, their are also pre workout blends..

I usually feel naucios though if I take anything other than water directly prior to my workout.. I usually break for <90 seconds between each set and usually workout 1-2 hours keeping the intensity high..

After I workout I drive home and have my shake immediately. I think as long as you give your self nutrition within 30-60 minutesd after workout you will be g2g.
