protein needs for a pregnant lifter

I am 4 1/2 weeks pregnant and want to continue (careful) lifting. Any guidelines on protein needs to sustain both Bubs and muscle growth.
 
YOu might ask your Dr. or midwife. As I recall, in pregnancy, your body will nourish the baby before channeling anything to you. That's why, if you don't get enough calcium from your diet, the developing fetus will take it from your bones, teeth, etc. (Which is why, 100 years ago, women would complain they'd lose a tooth for every baby.)
