Whats everyone protein intake like per meal? how much do you or should you shoot for?
I've searched the internet for protein absorbtion for a long time. And I couldnt find any studies that say how much the body can absorb at one time. Plus, not all protein powders have what they say they have per serving. If you do research the only thing you'll ever find is recommendation to take 1.5g of protein per lb. But there are no studies at all, not on protein absorbtion at one time, not on ... if 1.5 is better than .5g per lb.psychedout said:I eat about 1.5 gr/pd of protein. That's the sad thing. There is nobody out there to do research on this kinda stuff. Nobody really knows how much protein a day the body can use for it's necessary repairs. I've never noticed a difference in taking 150g vs 250g of protein while on a cycle.psychedout said:I'm in no way saying 2-3gr/pd of protein is useless.
