protein food.. plz help

not getting enough protein..

i eat prob

8 egg whites per day
2 chicken breast
2 cans of tuna
maybe a salad and steak somedays

others thats it..

i need more protein foods im getting sick of eating this shit..

is shrimp and fish good for high protein and dieting?

Just a few more whole food (ie, not bars or powders) protein sources: cottage cheese, regular cheese, fish, shrimp, tofu, and legumes. Go to the Muscle Food board for recipes and ideas on how to prepare what you're already eating differently.
 
More chicken, more tuna. Aside from shakes I have about 6 Chicken breasts, and 5-6 cans of tuna. No shortage here. :D

Yes, fish is very good.
