I'm on my second order with them and have no complaints. Each order took about a week to arrive, but I've been happy with the product. I haven't tried any of their mixes but have done my own whey/cassein mix.

my b/f uses them quite frequesntly and he has no complaints.. i think it's by far the best deal for your money..
I agree with the other posts and have to add that Alex, one of the owners, has impressed me with his willingness to pass along the sources of his knowledge. He doesn't try and pretend to be the Great Mystical Wizzard of Protein-Oz like some hype filled supplement companies. Even his web site is very educational, if somewhat disorganised.
Alex OFFERED, before I even asked, to provide a name and email addy for a supplier rep, in order to check something out. Most companies pretend that their formulas are so proprietary that if they shared any information that they would then have to kill you.
I'm sold on his stuff, his refreshing approach, reasonable cost, and custom blends @ no charge. (NO, I am not affiliated with PF in any way, nor do I get discounts or comps from them.)

Thanks for the opinions - I had heard good stuff about them but it always helps to hear more.
Want to use them for a night time and post workout shake also. I know the night one should have a mix of 4-5 proteins and possibly a tiny bit of fat. Any opinions on the percentages of each?

A close friend of mine drinks them and likes them. The prices are great.. and i find it fun to play around on the web site.
