Protein Factory question

I've seen alot of posts refering to this place so I thought I would give them a try. What do you guys suggest fon an order. I need a good protein powder for extra protein thru out the day. I see they also carry dextrose. Any suggestions on a post workout formlula from this place also.

as a general protein, i like the PentaPro formula. for something post workout, just get a straight whey protein.

You don't think mixing in some dextrose would be a good ideal?
