Hmmm, well if you want to lose, then I'd prefer to not play games and just drop carbs altogether. I eat just meat for three days and then a normal day to keep the metabolism working. After a couple weeks on it, the diet won't effect you at all and you'll lose weight like you have a disease. Be sure to eat about 5 or 6 mealks a day and get a vitamin supplement and a calcium supplement to eaat with every meal. Calories first, carbs second, you ALWAYS have to have your calories.
