i'm on a budget, what do you guys use that's pretty cheap (otc) stuff for minimal protection on the kidney, liver ..i'm not on a big cycle or nothing so just a little something..that wont take weight from my wallet..thanks

Milk thistle is pretty cheap, although I don't know how effective of a liver protectant it is.

ALA is your best bet, you can get 180 300 mg caps for about 35 dollars. I'll try and find the links.
