Proscar vs. Progesterone Creams

Any experience with either of these? Doc prescribed Proscar but I've heard some negative things... any experience/thoughts?

You know where I stand on this.

I honestly see no reason to use finasteride over progesterone... its cheap, natural and potentially just as effective at reducing DHT. You will still need to pay close attention to blood levels though. Too much progesterone can cause nearly the same damage as too much finasteride… except the negative effects of finasteride will linger for months.

I have used Proscar to help with hairloss when running heavy Andro's. It definately kept me from shedding as much. Ran half a tab/ED 2.5mg. No dick issues. advise that you just run it for the length of your cycle....if at all.

Yep - started the cream today - 10% so I split into a half dose. Will get blood tested in 2 weeks or so...

Was just curious if anyone else had used the cream with good results as it was the first I've heard of it.
