proscar saw palmetto question

is 1/4 tab (1.25mg) of proscar (finasteride) EOD suffiecient taken along with 650mg saw palmetto extract ED for DHT inhibition for hair and prostate? or am i supposed to take the proscar daily? i have been taking it EOD for the last month leading to the cycle and have been doing the same during the first week.....but wondered if i should be taking 1mg or 1.25mg ED not EOD???

Also, with respect to ED vs EOD----I would say ED. I can't imagine the half life of proscar/propecia is any longer than 6-9 hours (DON'T QUOTE ME ON THAT)

yeah, i "frontloaded" for a month or two at EOD....so now i will go with ED for the actual cycle here. i figure it will build up at EOD enough since the half-life and the actual "duration" of the susbstance are vastly different. but i think i'll go with ED since i can get it domestic with no problem rather cheap. thanks!

i used to use it with prohormones and felt it helped out. because most people lose hair on PH's and i really didn't notice much of a difference in hair loss. but could just be i'm not prone to hair loss. i like it for the prostate anyway....so if it helps or doesn't help with the hair, i use it anyway. but i use proscar and SP together while using heavier doses of AAS for sure.
